Serve as main point of contact for the client, meeting monthly to align on marketing needs. Built a cohesive brand guide and developed brand messaging alongside supporting materials, including email signatures, rack cards, flyers, and social media templates. Create monthly social media content showcasing projects, services, and conference attendance. Design monthly newsletters in Canva for distribution through MailChimp and develop prospecting emails for attendee lists following conferences and trade shows. Conduct LinkedIn prospecting for the sales lead using Dux Soup, targeting large corporations and government entities. Support a range of one-off design projects, including presentations, employee and machine manuals, brochures, and a conference pull-up banner.
