Serve as main point of contact for the client, managing ongoing marketing support across multiple channels. Maintain and update the client's Wix website, including inventory page updates and copy edits, and created training documentation to enable the client's team to make continuing updates independently. Develop monthly social media content across platforms, including static posts, graphics, and reels highlighting completed projects and company processes. Design branded marketing materials on an as-needed basis, including presentation decks, folders, and one-pagers, managing each project from planning through execution in direct collaboration with the client.
